The Springs at Greer Gardens  

Eugene, Oregon

The Springs at Greer Gardens is a landscape architect's dream project.    Greer Gardens was a renowned nursery for several decades, owned by Harold Greer, a world famous rhododendron expert and breeder.  After selling the property to The Springs Living company, dozens of rare, mature trees were dug up and stockpiled to be later transplanted back onto the site per the landscape design and at the direction of Anderson Associates.   The total project site is 13 acres, with the first phase consisting of the main 3-story 190,000 square foot Independent and assisted living building, a single story 25,000 foot memory care building and 12 single story cottages.  Phase two will begin construction in 2018 and includes 18 one story cottages.

Landscape design services included landscape, irrigation and paving layout for an indoor pool addition as well as an outdoor plaza and memory care courtyard, completed in 2013.

Quail Park at Lynnwood

Lynnwood, Washington

Quail Park at Lynnwood is an assisted living community that includes a three story building with assisted living and memory care housing and 18 one story independent living cottages.  The landscape design services included landscape, irrigation and courtyard paving design.   Construction was completed in 2012.
