Wilsonville, Oregon

Located in the Villabois development in Wilsonville, the Rain Garden Apartments were developed for people with intellectual disabilities.  As the name suggests, all rain water that falls on the site is diverted to rain gardens as well as stormwater swales which are located around the perimeter of the site as well as in the courtyard.  The courtyard includes a water feature, benches and pervious paving.   The project was completed in 2010.
